
One of my favorite ways to make chocolate chip cookies is with Oatmeal flour. I grind my oats into flour. I prefer a finer texture of my oats. I added 2 scoops of my favorite Vanilla protein powder called Love and Peas. Tired of buying bars from the store, motivated this recipe. It made over two dozen cookies!

1.5 cups of oat flour 2 scoops vanilla protein powder 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 c mini chocolate chips 1 tsp sea salt 1 tsp ground flax meal & 3tbls water 1/3 c date paste 1/3 c applesauce 1/3 c almond butter 1 tsp vanilla mix all dry ingredients, then add wet.
